This form explains the Real Life Trial “Superpower Baseline: 100+ Biomarkers and a 90-Day Retest”, run independently by Efforia. You test 100+ biomarkers at the start, follow a personal protocol for 90 days with short weekly check-ins, then retest the same panel so you can see what changed.
What you will do
- Book and complete a baseline blood draw (100+ biomarkers).
- Answer a short questionnaire at the start and again at the end.
- Connect your Oura Ring so your sleep and activity data come in automatically.
- Complete a 3-minute weekly check-in for 12 weeks.
- Retest the same biomarker panel after about 90 days.
Your data
Efforia stores your answers, device data and lab results to measure your before-and-after. Your results are reported to you and, without your name, in study results.
Sharing with Superpower’s care team
If you join through Superpower, your lab results, questionnaire answers, check-ins and device data from this trial may be shared with Superpower’s licensed clinicians so they can provide your ongoing care. Only the data needed for your care is shared, and you can stop future sharing by withdrawing from the trial.
Risks and benefits
A blood draw can cause brief discomfort or bruising. Questionnaires may touch on personal topics, and you can skip any question you are not comfortable with. You may learn more about your own health, but a benefit is not guaranteed.
Taking part is your choice
You can stop at any time without penalty. Withdrawing stops future data collection and sharing. Data already shared with your care team stays part of your medical record.
