HIIT Workout and Sense of Agency Study

Protocol Authors

Participants will engage in a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. They will complete the Sense of Agency Scale at three time points: before the workout, immediately after the workout, and 24 hours post-workout. This will help measure any changes in their sense of control over their actions.
