  • Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS): Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS) Score

    This survey is designed to measure mental wellbeing in the general population and evaluate projects, programmes, and policies aiming to improve mental wellbeing. The scale consists of 14 items with 5 response categories, all worded positively, covering both feeling and functioning aspects of mental wellbeing.

  • Fatigue Perception and Impact Survey: Please mark an “X” on the number line which describes your global fatigue with 0 being worst and 10 being normal

    This survey aims to understand your perception of fatigue and its impact on your daily life.

  • Magnesium Level Blood Test: Blood Magnesium Levels

    A Magnesium Test evaluates magnesium levels in the blood, aiding in diagnosing deficiencies or excesses. It helps assess heart health, nerve function, muscle contractions, and identifies underlying conditions like kidney problems or malabsorption issues.

**Why I created this challenge:**
Struggling with restful sleep is a common issue many adults face, impacting overall well-being and daily functioning. Research indicates that magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle relaxation and nervous system regulation, which are essential for quality sleep. Both scholarly studies and popular press suggest that magnesium supplementation can significantly enhance sleep quality. Social media buzz and anecdotal evidence further support these claims. Given these insights, it’s crucial to conduct a structured challenge to validate these benefits through measurable outcomes.

**My Objective for You:**
My aim is to guide you through a scientifically-backed protocol involving nightly magnesium supplementation to improve your sleep quality. By the end of this challenge, you will experience enhanced mental well-being and reduced fatigue, as measured by the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS) and the Fatigue Perception and Impact Survey.
