This protocol will use the following measurements to see how it is impacting your life as compared to other participants.

  • General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7): GAD-7 Score

    The GAD-7 is a 7-item questionnaire used to assess the severity of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in adults. The score is based on the responses to seven questions about the frequency of common anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks.

  • Beck Anxiety: Score

    Measures the severity of anxiety symptoms and their physiological manifestations through a 21-item self-report questionnaire.
