Participants will take the MarsMen Natural Testosterone Support supplement, which contains tongkat ali, to evaluate its effects on mood and energy levels. The supplement will be taken daily for four months. The protocol will not include any tasks related to the Men's Health Blood Test or the NIH Toolbox® Item Bank v3.0 – Self-Efficacy Score to ensure a focus on the intervention itself. |
