    This survey aims to assess the quality of athletes' training sessions. It includes questions about physical, technical, mental, and emotional aspects of training, as well as questions about workout intensity.

  • Oura Activity: Steps

    activity.steps Total number of steps registered during the day.

  • General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7): Feeling nervous, anxious or on edge

    The GAD-7 is a 7-item questionnaire used to assess the severity of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in adults. The score is based on the responses to seven questions about the frequency of common anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks.

  • PHQ-8: Moving or speaking so slowly that other people could have noticed? Or the opposite - being so fidgety or restless that you have been moving aroudn a lot more than usual
